We are looking for licensed Therapist to work with children and adolescents. Responsibilities include performing clinical services including assessment, service plan development, case coordination, individual and group counseling, reviews and signs clinical documents as a Behavioral Health Professional, and act as a clinical consultant to treatment team as directed. The Therapist serves as a team member in the provision of services in accordance to a client's individual treatment plan that results in a positive behavioral change. Must be able to work evenings to accommodate families. This is a full-time position and can be either a 4 days per week or 5 days per week schedule.
The primary work location for this position is near E Speedway Blvd and N Alvernon Way with 1 day per week in our Green Valley location.

Must be 21 years of age (insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a "clean" or "acceptable" driving record. An unacceptable driving record includes (but is not limited to) the following:
- more than two  moving violations in the last three  years or;
- more than one  at-fault accident within the last three  years or;
- any major violation (i.e. DUI, Careless/Reckless Driving, Drag Racing, Hit and Run) within the last five  years.
Other driving related violations may be considered unacceptable. At time of job offer, submission of 60 month (five year) driving record from DMV will be required. These standards must be maintained throughout employment and up-to-date driving records are reviewed regularly for current employees.
