Property Manager

Job Description

 

Summary 

The Property Manager is accountable for all property operations. This includes, but not limited to maximizing net operating income, protection of tax credits, protection of monies received and protection of property. The Property Manager will effectively direct and coordinate persons, activities and resources in order to accomplish objectives set forth by the Area Property Manager.
The position represents the property owner to both the tenants and the public.  

 

Minimum Qualifications  

GED/HS Diploma 

At least 3 years’ experience in on-site management, preferably in affordable housing; 1 year as manager and/or supervisor.
