The mission of the Community Partnership of Southern Arizona is to ensure individuals and families receive accessible, high-quality behavioral health services that are member and family driven, recovery oriented, respectful of cultural differences and foster hope and self-determination.
 
Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA) is the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) designated by the state of Arizona to coordinate and manage publicly funded behavioral health services for children, adults and their families in Pima County. CPSA coordinates, by way of a provider network, the delivery of mental health and substance use treatments services, and behavioral health wellness and prevention services.
